Gamblers Paradise Announcement

Gamblers Paradise released this announcement a few days ago:

Gamblers-Paradise.net are more than happy to announce version 11 of our Surebet screen.

Many working hours has been used to create this version that meet almost all of the request from our members.

1. CROSS-MARKET SUREBET
We now support all types of different cross-market surebets that mean that other betting types now can be bet that also covers all outcomes of a match. For example bet at “Hometeam” + “Awayteam Handicap +0.5″.

We are also the first provider that introduces gold cross-market Surebets that mean that you in some cases can win on both bets if your are lucky.

2. DIRECT BOOKMAKER LINK
One of the most wanted request is to click once to goto the correct oddspage at the bookmaker where the odds has been detected.

SureBetBookies Updates

SureBetBookies has recently had all of its alert services updated in accordance with all of the changes that have come about recently. GotoBets, ArbWinner and NickelVacuum have all been removed from the search options and the alert services display page, while Gamblers Paradise, BetLines, ArbSpy, OddsExplorer, Free Sports Arbitrage and Surebet Zone have all been added.

BetDirect and BetSafe bookmakers have also just been added to the database, and more bookmakers will be regularly added over the next month, as will many other additions. For example I am working to make the whole system easier to use for first time visitors. I’m not sure everyone really understands the value of SureBetBookies, and so I have to do more to make you all realise it! Particularly the power of the comments section where instead of trawling through pages and pages of random forum posts in our own forum, SBR, ArbForum, or any other bookmaker rating service/forum, you can just look in one place for comments on that bookmaker. Of course, in order for this to work, people need to actually participate and leave comments. So, after a few more upgrades and improvements, I will be announcing a cash prize competition for whoever leaves the most (useful) comments for bookmakers in SureBetBookies.

Also, I have decided to return SureBetBookies to an openly sure bets based bookmaker database. There will be no attempt to disguise the sure bets association with the use of SureBetBookies. However, to offset this association I am also working on another website which will use the same database that drives SureBetBookies, but make it completely recreation/professional gambler dedicated. The website is already under construction at Sportsbook-Listing.com and while it will use the same database as SureBetBookies, none of the alert services information will be used or displayed, no reference to arbitrage or sure bets will be made anywhere on the website, I will be posting articles about gambling and sports, and I will advertise the website on gambling websites. This is a further step to protect users of SureBetBookies from being associated with arbitrage trading.

Gamblers Paradise 14 Day Trial and Cleaning the Alert Services List

Gamblers Paradise have recently started to offer all new members a 14 day free trial. Old members who have only had a 1 day trial can email trial AT gamblers-paradise.net and request to take the full 14 day trial if they wish. The new trial is an opportunity for their members to try out a number of new features which they have added to their service, as well as set up the old features. These include:
· Setup own bookmaker filter in MY-Accounts on-the-fly. Filter: “Filter (xx) bookies from My-account”
· Setup own exchange commission on-the-fly. Filter: “Deduct commission from My-account”
· Share your blog comments
· Install and test the offline Firefox extension module
And to play with the filters like:
· Switch between: Normal screen (more information) and PRO screen (1 line / Surebets)
· Toggle between 6 different color styles
· Toggle between full odds history, %-changes or none.
· NEW: Toggle between 9 different alert sounds
· NEW: Speaking numbers instead of alert sounds!

The Alert Service List - Spring Cleaning

OK, so its Autumn/Fall for most of the world, but where I live it has just gone spring, and it turns out SAG’s alert service list really needed some spring cleaning. All of the alert service which were listed in the “Inactive Alert Services” category were all in fact no longer functional. I have moved them all to “Extinct Alert Services” and have started contacting all of the companies in the alert service list trying to ensure every other alert is still active, taking members and responsive to attempts at contact. I have already found that Nickel Vacuum is not currently taking new subscribers (not sure of the details yet, I will update on this soon). So the alert service list will be being updated quite a lot over the coming few weeks.

AusSoft/Reevera vs ArbForum? and Updated Alert Services List

In an incredible twist to the AusSoft/Reevera saga, AusSoft have threatened legal action against ArbForum for the discussion on their boards about AusSoft’s Arb-A-Trader. AusSoft’s lawyers claim that the discussion is defamatory of AusSoft and has caused them a large loss in income. They imply that there are sinister motives behind the discussion. It seems that they think the community of members at ArbForum are somehow trying to destroy AusSoft for the benefit of AusSoft’s competitors. Quite possibly one of the most outrageous claims I have heard. A community of autonomous individuals all under the control of some vague ‘competitor’ entity which fears only one arbitrage alert company….right….

Gamblers Paradise and Free Sports Arbitrage

As well as AusSoft, Gamblers Paradise (GP) and Free Sports Arbitrage (FSA) have been added to the Sports Arbitrage Alert Service listing. Both GP and FSA call themselves ‘Free Services’, but they both have restricted access pending a paid upgrade or in the case of FSA, a requirement to use their affiliate links to register with bookmakers.

FSA is targetting beginners, hoping that people who are only just getting started will be interested in having a lifelong ‘free’ service for the one time requirement of registering with bookmakers from their links. A sensible enough approach, this does however restrict old hands from joining as most seasoned arbers have registered at every bookmaker in existence several times over already. The owner of FSA does say that other arrangements can be made if this is your situation and you would still like to register. If you aren’t interested in the permanent membership, then don’t miss the 10 day free trial anyway. Another free trial can’t hurt to improve your arb turnover for a week.

GP offers a unique scenario where they are offering much more than just alerts. They seem to be trying to socialise arbitrage so that you can message other members, buy and sell things within the community, and write articles for the other members. This is all available in the free membership, however the free membership only provides tennis arbs, screening out all other types found by the GP software. Upgraded membership has several levels, each one improving the access.
