Our support team has done a tremendous job to get the new call-back registration process implemented as fast as possible and once again has put in the extra hours needed to make sure that RFP has the required services available as soon as possible.

Network
news from the field!

To help with the verification process, some of our leaders have taken on the responsibility of having their own private verification pages for known members of their group. This has been working very successfully with some tremendous growth again in the network this last week.
ATM/Debit Cards

We hear that most of the members who have sent in their ATM card registration papers have now received their card. Those who have not yet received it, please make sure that your registration papers have been sent and received by IGX. The IGX mailbox should be big enough to handle the big wave of applications but if you have waited a long time, it wont hurt to make sure that it has been accepted.

Tennis - the main tennis season is nearing its end but quite a few smaller tournaments (a.k.a challenger) will still be played weekly.
 

American Football - is in full activity now and is producing a steady flow of good arbitrages.
 

Hockey - is rocking again and makes a good supplement to our existing arb providers.
 

Soccer - keeps on surprising with a very good arb production.
 

Basketball - has started and is in full production but it might be a little up and down while our tech team are fine tuning the sport in the software.

In Closing!

Many members have asked us how long we will be around as they are so used to fly-by-night companies that disappear almost as soon as they appear? What makes RFP different from those companies?

When we started RFP, close to a million dollars was invested into doing the research, system development, programming and endless quality control and upgrades. We also went through 3 phases before we collected payments for the software. We made sure that the software worked 100% before we actually started the �leasing agreement.

We have experienced challenges with payment gateways, banks, server facilities as well as numerous other challenges. However, we have always come through these set-backs stronger than before.

Business online is not too different from business offline, even though the banks and payment issues are a little more complicated online, especially since US started their crusade towards online business. There are ups and downs in any kind of business and it takes a strong back to handle the setbacks, which we have done and also learned a lot in the process. This has made us become stronger and stronger and we are ready to meet new challenges should they arise, although we hope they don’t.

We trust this answers the question. We did not invest all that money and time or survive the rough times to become another statistic. We have a phenomenal product that we are constantly enhancing and with your assistance, we are offering it to the world. We are very proud to say that we have a wonderful group of leaders who have stuck with us and although they are reaping some great rewards now, these are nothing to what is to come in the future.
