The New Sports Arbitrage Guide and SureBetBookies websites

Posted by Aegist on October 31st, 2006

Things are coming along very well with the new design. Klaus of RedSkiesDesign has done some great work and now it is just up to khalak and myself to move all of the information into the new design, check all of the links and formatting, and most difficult (and exciting) of all: Collect and enter all of the information into the new bookmaker Database!

Sports Arbitrage Guide has a more user friendly navigation system now. And I have re-written much of the information already, plus i will be working my butt off trying to fill up the rest of the pages which I need to complete. The website will be going live as soon as I have the “Introduction” and “Components” section complete and the basic extras ready. Thats virtually where the current site is up to, but as soon as they are ready I will be working on the Arbitrage Trading Guide which will go into the more advanced help. The new design should almost certainly be live before the end of this month.

SureBetBookies is a bigger project, but will hopefully go live at the same time as SAG because it will be useful quickly even though there are over 500 bookmakers through which we have to trawl to collect information. The database will allow you to compare the details (including general information, which alert services use them, various deposit and withdrawal details, and sports betting rules) of several selected bookmakers. And better yet, it will allow you to filter for key attributes. For instance, you will be able to request all bookmakers used by SureBetPro, which accept US citizens, and use MoneyBookers. Or maybe you want to see all bookmakers who are used by ArbAlarm AND Sports punter, that accept Neteller.

If you can think of other criteria which you might want to filter the bookmakers for, please tell us in the forums. Currently we are making it so you can filter for Alert programs, Neteller, MoneyBookers and Egold, and US accepting. If you think another filter would be worth adding, suggest it in this thread:

I’m looking forward to the exciting times ahead!

Shane
