Things are coming along very well with the new design. Klaus of RedSkiesDesign has done some great work and now it is just up to khalak and myself to move all of the information into the new design, check all of the links and formatting, and most difficult (and exciting) of all: Collect and enter all of the information into the new bookmaker Database!
Sports Arbitrage Guide has a more user friendly navigation system now. And I have re-written much of the information already, plus i will be working my butt off trying to fill up the rest of the pages which I need to complete. The website will be going live as soon as I have the “Introduction” and “Components” section complete and the basic extras ready. Thats virtually where the current site is up to, but as soon as they are ready I will be working on the Arbitrage Trading Guide which will go into the more advanced help. The new design should almost certainly be live before the end of this month.
SureBetBookies is a bigger project, but will hopefully go live at the same time as SAG because it will be useful quickly even though there are over 500 bookmakers through which we have to trawl to collect information. The database will allow you to compare the details (including general information, which alert services use them, various deposit and withdrawal details, and sports betting rules) of several selected bookmakers. And better yet, it will allow you to filter for key attributes. For instance, you will be able to request all bookmakers used by SureBetPro, which accept US citizens, and use MoneyBookers. Or maybe you want to see all bookmakers who are used by ArbAlarm AND Sports punter, that accept Neteller.
If you can think of other criteria which you might want to filter the bookmakers for, please tell us in the forums. Currently we are making it so you can filter for Alert programs, Neteller, MoneyBookers and Egold, and US accepting. If you think another filter would be worth adding, suggest it in this thread:

I’m looking forward to the exciting times ahead!

There has been a lot of discussion online amongst arbers, gamblers and everyone related to the online gambling world lately about the affects of the recent Bill in the USA which will attempt to stop all fincancial systems from depositing money from US citizens into gambling related websites.
My initial thought (and I was not alone) was that US citizens will simply use financial systems (banks, E-wallets etc) that are outside of the US, and hence not subject to US laws. Interestingly enough though, the two biggest e-wallets in the online gambling industry (Moneybookers and Neteller) have both accepted this new law readily.
Neteller, based in the Isle of Man, published a press release to its investors saying:
“NETELLER, a company registered outside the US, will comply with the Act and its related regulations as if it were subject to the Act’s jurisdiction. This action is intended to ensure that the Company is able to continue to operate with the support of its principal commercial partners and to protect its shareholders, business partners, employees and reputation.”
Meanwhile Moneybookers, mailing address in London, advises all new US members that:
“It is Moneybookers’ policy NOT to allow residents of the United States of America to transact to and from gambling/casino/poker merchants.”
So already this new legislature, which has indeed not even been finalised yet, has started to impact online gambling for US citizens quite strongly. Many sportsbooks are still calling to US citizens to come and join and gamble with them. They assert that they are not “illegal internet gambling” sites, and thus may still be used. However I guess the problem is that legality in the States varies from state to state.
Anyway…that’s the problem. Is there a solution, or is the Bush Administration going to win? I’m not going to advocate illegal gambling here, but I am curious how those sportsbooks which are calling for more US players to join them plan on taking money from those players. I plan to look into it a bit more, but I know already that they can’t use credit cards, US bank accounts, Neteller, or MoneyBookers…. There aren’t many options left.
But I am sure that where there is a will, there is a way. And where there is a multi-billion dollar industry involved, there is one powerful will involved. I’m imagining bookmakers will start offering “gift cerificates” for…some non-descript service shortly which will allow members to freely by these certificates online and redeem them at anyone of there websites…some (or all) of which may be gambling based websites. Who knows how they will control that?

keeping you up-to-date on what’s going on in all departments of RFP. Keep yourself ahead of the game!
——————————————————————————–
Hi Friends
A new hectic week has passed, where we have streamlined the support function and call centre and we are growing well, despite some initial teething problems with it. This new feature should start working 24/7 from next week onwards. It is a little extra step for your new member to take. However, it is a big insurance measure that we have taken in order to prevent more fraudulent loss of funds and consequent hassle with the banks.
——————————————————————————–
Network news from the field!
We know that our lucrative kick start bonus was a magnet for the fraudulent activity and yet we didn’t want to remove it altogether, as it really rewards those who are doing the sponsoring. The combination of splitting this bonus into 3 separate payments and the step for new members to verify their credit cards, should make the fraudsters think twice. One wonders why they wouldn’t put their ingenuity into building a legitimate business that can give them huge long-term residual income Debit Cards We know that many of you have your new cards already and we have asked IGX to treat the rest of you who are due to receive your cards as very high priority. We know that a batch of 1000 cards were sent out the last week and more are on the way.

SureBetPro
We are in a very good period with a lot of activity in the arb market. All interesting sports are in full activity and we have a very steady flow of very good arbitrages available mostly 24/7 in American Football, Soccer, Baseball and Tennis. From next week on, we will upgrade with Hockey, which will be NHL first but soon we also expect to deliver European Hockey.
——————————————————————————–
Sports
Tennis. 6 tournaments should provide a very high production of tennis arbs this coming week.
American Football. This is one of the best arb sources now in full swing.
Baseball. Soon closing in for the season but keeps delivering to the end.
Soccer. Now in full steam all over Europe and will keep delivering mostly towards the weekends.
Hockey NHL. Should be a very interesting addition and is known to be a very good arb provider.

Success Stories
As a relative newcomer to this fascinating world of sports arbitrage, I greatly appreciate learning from experienced players such as Nick and Kevin. I have tried a lot of different ways to make a living online but this is the first time I have literally been able to look over somebody shoulder that was actually doing the business and learn from them. With a lot of programs, once you join, it is up to you to figure it out and should you have questions you have no place to turn. Granted, there is a lot of great information in the RFP back office but there is a difference between book learning and the real world. Nick and Kevin have been there and done that in this industry. Whenever I have questions I know were to turn. I have yet to ask a question that they did not have an answer to.
Thanks, Nick and Kevin

In Closing!
We sincerely believe that RFP has one of the best opportunities for earning online today and we are committed to building a successful company. This means we are also committed to YOUR success.
Of course, although we provide the vehicle, it also requires at least some effort on your part for this to happen! Many people in a JOB would prefer to work for themselves but may not see network marketing as an alternative and look at starting up a business or purchasing an established business or a franchise.
If you have never had a traditional business, do you know people who have? Think about what their answers would be to the questions above! Now let’s take a look at network marketing and RFP.
To your success!

Zacharias Yiallouros is a regular user of SAG, our forums and my own personal knowledge and he has now done us a huge favour in return by taking the time to compare the relative advantages and disadvantages of the two arbitrage alert services offered by the odds comparison websites SportsPunter and BetBrain.
This is his own personal experience of the two services from consistent use over successive one month trials of each and may not necessarily be true for all people, but will certainly help people get a better idea of what each service is like before choosing.
For a quick description of each service see our general alert services page at http://www.sportsarbitrageguide.com/providers.html which will also give you the prices for each of these services.
Thank you very much for allowing me to publish this on the site Zack, and I hope your arbing profits continue to grow!

As I promised I’ll outline the advantages/disadvantages between Betbrain and Sportspunter:
Sportspunter (Advantages over Betbrain)
Considerably more arbs
Refresh Browser
Filtering of rules
Showing the age of arbs
Arb alarm
Betbrain (Advantages over Sportspunter)
Much better layout of text, boxes and lighter colours. This makes it less likely to pick the wrong arbs/Game. Sportspunter website is a bit obscure. In general a more pleasant to look at and follow website.
Much better customer service; they always get back to you on whatever queries. Sportspunter were getting back to me before I took out a subscription, they were even keen to provide me with 3 days before the payment would go through but after I took out a subscription they never bothered. This was very disappointing after the nice comments I read about them. I only had queries about the time they use and the filtering of bookies. Nothing too complex.
Not so many wrong arbs. A vast number of Sportspunter arbs are a 2-way with one bookie and 3-way with another. This makes the ‘arb’ (not really an arb) look very profitable around 10 to 20%. Luckily an obvious error. Another error of Sportspunter is mapping odds on the same bookmaker eg. Labrokes to Labrokes. I never bothered to check arbs like that. They are possibly 1X2 and the software picks the 12. Trivial mistake as it can’t have potential victims.
Conclusion: As the most important thing of all is getting more arbs I would say that sportspunter offers a far better value for money. Sportspunter’s subscriptioln for a month costs only a little bit more than betbrain’s expert subscription but they find far more arbs with less delay. Over a year it works out cheaper than Betbrain. I definetely prefer Sportspunter over Betbrain.
Regards
Zack

Well after a few emails with Carl from UCantLose (UCL) about the BetRiskFree (BRF) situation I have been told that UCL have chosen to start a partnership with BRF. Basically BRF will continue to use the UCL email alerts but at a slight delay, they will in return continue to use the UCL affiliate links to bookmakers, and over time develop more of their own arbitrage alerts independent of UCL.
Thats good for UCL, but unfortunately doesn’t solve the other problems I listed for BRF. I guess I will have to try harder to get in contact with BRF to motivate action and hopefully see resolution to these problems because outwardly BRF seem to be trying hard to look like a good service, yet these issues which I have discovered certainly can’t be ignored.
