The End of Bonuses in Australian Bookmakers
Following up on the previous post about Australian bookmakers no longer being able to offer bonus incentives to player, Alberto from SportsAlive has been very helpful in finding a number of articles on the subject for me, so here they are:
Free Bet Ban for Western Australia – iGaming Business
Ban on Freebets – Herald Sun
Inducements to be Banned from Bet Ads – The Age
Online Betting Agencies Lure Gamblers with Freebets – The Courier Mail
I’ve already seen a few alternative bonuses and incentives come around. Offering increased payouts on multi-bets is one example. SportsAlive brought this up in their newsletter because they are offering increased odds as a new incentive – so every now and then they will pick a sport and offer higher than usual odds. This could be very useful for arbers, so keep an eye on that.

This is correct for new accounts in Australia, it is however incorrect for existing customers. I am an Australian resident and arber and am continuing to recieve free bet offers for my accounts. So keep that in mind all arbers.Hope this helps.
