Surebet Zone, Another New Arbitrage Trading Alert Service
Another brand new Surebet alert service was brought to my attention tonight. Surebet Zone is as fresh off the website design press as they come and is offering free access to their service until the 1st of July, so get in while you can.
Their setup is incredibly straight forward. Very plain website, (makes it easy to use and fast loading) website based alerts, simple filtering system, simple calculator, limited number of bookmakers. It is probably too early to really evaluate Surebet Zone, it is obvious that they are providing free access to their service at the moment simply to test out their software, work out the bugs, and get some general feedback. So for my part, let me try to offer some feedback on what they have so far…
The first thing I would hope for them, is that their service will increase in scope in some way. At the moment, they offer nothing new, nothing inspiring, and nothing which makes them stand out. Their interface is very clean and easy to use, which is a positive, but many alert services have easy to use interfaces, so it isn’t special. Their bookmakers and sports types are very typical, and thus quite limiting (they cover 10 books with 3 bet types). So as I said, I think they need to increase the scope of their service in order to distinguish themselves in some way.
Also, I find the calculator quite uninspiring. Odds 1, Odds 2, (Odds 3,) Total Bet, results rounded to nearest dollar, and thats it. No limiting one side of the bet, no options to round to $5, no maximising one side or the other. Once again, about distinguishing your service: Nickel Vacuum still has the best calculator of all alert services that I have seen, and ArbsCalc is still easily the best stand alone arb calculator that I know of which is freely downloadable. The Surebet Zone calculator ‘will do’, but that is all I can really say about it. It’ll do.
And that is really all there is to their service so far. Standard bookmakers, standard bet types, standard calculator, standard filter options. BUT, this is basically still in pre-release phase. So maybe they just want to work the bugs out of the simplified version, then grow it from there. I’m only guessing there, but there certainly is a lot of room for added extras in their service.
So, register for yourself and check out what they offer. The free service lasts until July 1, so get in there. I will have a closer look at their actual arbs and their quality sometime in the coming weeks and add this service to the general arbitrage trading alert service page.
